You can become a member by auditioning for a position in our percussion ensemble. You can also go to our Become A Member link. We also accept volunteer membership if you would like to share your talents in another area that the group could benefit from.

Participation in the Pioneer Indoor Percussion Ensemble has a tuition of $750 per member.

Tuition covers a variety of your educational development and the logistics to facilitate such an experience for each of the members.

Some of the areas your tuition covers are as follows:

  • Equipment Costs
  • Props
  • Tarp
  • Uniforms
  • Instructional and Design Staff
  • Show Design (Music, Motion, Visual, and Effects
  • Housing
  • Travel
  • Equipment Transport
  • A portion of meals while on the road
  • Other elements to enhance to overall experience and education of every member as well as the success of the show

Pioneer Indoor Percussion Ensemble has the privilege of rehearsing at Romeoville High School in Romeoville, IL. We are grateful for the use of the facilities and space. Pioneer continues to do our best to maintain a reputation for being respectful of this privilege. Any and all who participate, follow, visit, or any other association with our group should show the same kind of respect and gratitude for this privilege.

Romeoville is the "home" of Adam Hill where he currently is acting assistant director for the music instrumental program. Treat it as if we are visiting our directors home (with respect)!
